Advanced Pure Reformer
Level: Advanced 
A classical Pilates workout for regular reformer practitioners

Reformer 4 Teens: you can only book this class if you are aged 13 to 19 
Start them young! Pilates caters to all ages, body types, and fitness levels. It is particularly adaptable for those teens that don’t enjoy sports and struggle to find a type of exercise they really enjoy doing. It helps to develop flexibility, improve balance, and increase overall body strength and endurance. It’s a great form of exercise during their growing years.

Reformer AAA: INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED
A dynamic reformer class for those who want to challenge their reformer practice that focuses on toning and sculpting your Abs, Arms and Ass. Our AAA signature workout applies the Pilates concepts and thus perfect for Pilates lovers looking for their most ideal shape. AAA will definitely kick your butt and leave you wanting to come back for more.

Athletic Reformer: ADVANCED
This class is for advanced practitioners who want to challenge their reformer practice
A high intensity Pilates class designed for those who love to move and get some endorphin releasing while learning the art of movement through the Pilates method. Focusing on cardio and core exercises utilizing the jump boards for an extra boost.

Equipment Circuit: ADVANCED
An advanced Pilates workout on the equipment. Throughout this class regular Pilates practitioners get a chance to experience various equipment; chair, reformer, spine corrector as well as ladder barrel, where they can challenge their practice.

Tower Power: OPEN LEVEL
This is an equipment class that uses the Pilates Tower, a vertical unit that uses a variety of attachments to provide a total body workout. Using a variety of springs, it challenges the body in a new way to further stretch and strengthen your body. The class is an incredibly versatile, dynamic, fun and powerful workout that will improve your alignment, strength, muscle definition and stretch.
