Dynamic Pilates: OPEN LEVEL
Pilates mat is always a great idea! A challenging method to sculpt your body and feel increased agility in your everyday movements using the original Pilates routine. This class will work on balancing all muscles groups’ strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement. Classes will blend the classical Pilates method with exercises variations and by using props and light weights. Modifications are suggested for beginners or for those with physical limitations.

Arms, Abs, and Ass workout ON THE MAT! A circuit based Pilates workout that works the body from head to toe.
Pilates HIIT: INTERMEDIATE
A High Intensity Interval Training Pilates workout.
A fast paced dynamic class where we apply the Pilates principles while adding calorie burning elements, making it challenging and FUN.
TRX: OPEN LEVEL
A form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. This class is a total body workout that requires the use of the TRX suspension trainer, which is a performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to do the exercise.
TRX suspension training makes gravity your resistance, so adjusting the level of difficulty is as easy as moving your hands or feet and progression is limitless.
Pilates Suspension Method: OPEN LEVEL
The Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) is an international program offered by its creator Rebecca Beckler. The method combines traditional and contemporary Pilates Mat and Equipment exercises and performs them on the suspension trainer (TRX).
PSM is a low-impact, total body workout, and with hundreds of exercises, both your body and mind will constantly be challenged

In this Yoga and Pilates fusion class, you’ll flow through a series of yoga poses that focus on building strength, flexibility, and balance. We’ll also incorporate Pilates exercises to target your core muscles and improve overall body stability. It’s a fun and challenging class that will leave you feeling both rejuvenated and empowered.
