Functional Range Conditioning is a system of mobility and joint control training that is based on scientific principles and research. This class is designed to help you improve:
– Active range of motion at all major joints which will make it easier to perform everyday activities.
– Joint health and resilience, this can help to protect your joints from injury and pain.
– Proprioceptive awareness and body control which leads to an increased ability to move freely and safely.
Vikasa Yoga: OPEN LEVEL
VIKASA is Sanskrit for becoming visible, expanding and shining forth. Inspired by the notion of personal integration and evolution.

The VIKASA method is rooted in the ancient yoga traditions of the Hatha Veda Texts, Himalayan Vinyasa lineage and higher Taoism practices. Nevertheless, using yoga as a transformational tool in-order to evolve physically, mentally, emotionally, energetically, and spiritually.
Vikasa yoga is all about the perfect balanced practice, it simply combines the grounding of the yoga practice along with the joy of the dancing soul I have. The use of a monotone music induces a deep reflective meditative aspect of the yogic practice.
Power Vinyasa: ADVANCED
Dynamic Vinyasa flow for regular yoga practitioners. Not suitable for beginners.
The class combines the flowing movements of Vinyasa with a focus on strength, endurance and flexibility. Moving through asanas synchronizing the movement with the breath including challenging sequences and faster paced transitions.
Yin Yoga: OPEN LEVEL
yin yoga is slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.
Because you’re holding poses for a longer period of time than you would in other traditional types of yoga, yin yoga helps you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while also teaching you how to breathe through discomfort and sit with your thoughts.
Hatha Vinyasa: OPEN LEVEL
This dynamic yoga flow focuses on strengthening and stretching the entire body through different yoga postures, while concentrating on breathing techniques to release tension.
The flow is inspired by Vinyasa flow and sun salutations.
Aerial yoga: OPEN LEVEL
Using the Aerial hammock, Aerial yoga is a unique fitness practice that combines traditional yoga poses with the support of a hammock suspended from the ceiling. The hammock allows participants to explore deeper stretches, improve flexibility, and build strength, all while reducing the strain on joints. It’s a fun and engaging way to experience yoga from a new perspective.
